Sold!
Dangerous Rescue (Book two in the Dangerous Series) sold earlier today to New Concepts Publishing. Such a nice bland announcement. My stomach is still fluttering.
When I started writing it was with the dream of writing dangerously sexy and thrilling stories, which were part of a series. Naturally, I wanted each story to stand alone. But, I also wanted to deepen the characterization and enrich the story world a little more with each release.
The Dangerous books have a very special place in my heart and I'm thrilled they've found a publisher and an audience.
PS
Dangerous Surrender is available now as an e-book or in print

Congratulations!
Thanks Gary! How's Children of the Revolution doing? I'm so looking forward to its debut.
Awesome! Congrats. I'm going to get me one of those print copies. :-)
Avery, I so appreciate the thought, but this story contains violence and I know that is not your thing. :(
uh-oh...thanks for the warning. I'm such a weenie. lol
I can't believe I discouraged you from buying my book Silly me. I've gotten some very positive feedback from male readers, if your dh likes erotic thrillers he might enjoy my story. There, a much more positive response. I feel better. :D
85,000 words in the bag, Evanne. Four chapters and an epilogue to go :-) And then, after rewrites and a short break, it's on with the next one -- We Are Watching.
Must be mad ;-)
Gary, excellent progress! I meant to type Children of the Resolution,of course. But, the old Moulin Rouge soundtrack got in my way. Thanks for not making me feel like an idiot. I love the premise for We Are Watching. Seems like your work has leapt to the next level. All writers have to be a little mad, doncha think?
Well, yes -- madness definitely helps, Evanne! I am looking forward to WAW, though -- a lot. It's a bit of a step back to the genre fiction I always wanted to write but never quite could -- but with a very non-genre focus and style. I want to play. See if I can create something fresh and truly unique. I may not succeed, but it'll be fun trying ;-)
Gary, my current manuscript is a departure from my usual work into the realm of furistic/sci-fi and I'm thoroughly enjoying working on it--perhaps a change is a good thing--reminding one of the joys of writing.
However, my entertainment isn't the goal. I write to entertain others, and perhaps make them think a little. ;) Hence, further chronicles of into this new sub-genre will hinge on editorial enthusiasm.
