Here's what I've been learning, almost all fetishists are male.

Number one fetish--foot/shoe, they are closely related.

Number two fetish--lingerie, previously worn panties being the most common of the desired objects.

For a true fetishist, the object or body part is required for arousal and climax. To deny such a man his desired fetish is to deny him sex.

To a lesser degree, we all have specific preferences when it comes to desirable members of the opposite sex.
